| Forfar ñ Lawrie & Symington Ltd, sold 120 breeding cattle at their sale in Forfar on Friday 13th July. Feature of the sale was the final dispersal of the Stracathro and Careston herd, which met an excellent trade throughout.
Stracathro and Careston Estates ñ Saler heifers with spring calves at foot (9) sold to £1020 to average £926.
Cows (second calvers) with spring calves at foot (42) sold to £1280 to average £1021.
Cows (third calvers) with spring calves at foot (31) sold to £1140 to average £982.
